Tri-Ambla is a challenging cross triathlon on Ameland in which participants swim in the North Sea, mountain bike through the dunes and run along the beach. The rugged nature of the island forms the backdrop, making it one of the most beautiful and toughest off-road triathlons in the Netherlands.
