Children aged 6 and over can also receive a children's massage. A massage is a lovely way to relax or unwind after a busy day in the fresh Ameland air. Your child can choose which children's oil to be massaged with, and mum or dad are welcome to stay.

‘Even Coconnen’ at De Vlindertuin

When booking your stay through this website, you can also request a solo retreat. Subject to availability, your request will be scheduled by Ellen Mosterman. Payment is not made through De Vlindertuin but, after scheduling, through NaturEL.

Do you REALLY want to give yourself some attention, turn inwards and find calm again? Then come and ‘cocoon’ at De Vlindertuin. As the name suggests, during this solo retreat you curl up in your own cocoon and our masseuse Ellen gives you the personal attention you need. It's all about you… Her practice is right in the middle of the inner garden, so you don't even have to leave the grounds. Lovely, isn't it? (Tip: combine a treatment with a sauna session in our Finnish log cabin). You can add this package to your stay by sending an email to ellenmosterman@gmail.com. Ellen will then look with you at the options and at when the treatments can be scheduled during your stay. This depends on availability. The sooner you book, the more options there are in the schedule, so don't wait too long.
