Optional extras

To tailor your stay to your wishes, there are optional extras you can book.

On our own booking site you can select them when booking. If you book through an intermediary such as VVV, Expedia or booking.com, please mention the option in the comments and we will add it to your booking.

Please note: the price increases as of 1 January 2026, on both the stay and all optional extras, are largely due to the introduction of the 21% VAT rate instead of the 9% that still applies in 2025.

2) Housekeeping throughout your entire stay: 30 minutes per day. Vacuuming and mopping the floor, tidying the beds, emptying rubbish bags, cleaning the bathroom, wiping tables, 1 toilet roll, 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 sets of towels.

Not on the day of arrival; on the day of departure no new towels, but the lazy checkout package instead. You leave the apartment without any cleaning. The beds are stripped for you, the fridge emptied, the floors vacuumed, the rubbish taken out and the dishwasher emptied. Would you like a made-up bed on arrival? Then tick this option. Cost per day: €30,- for a 1-2 person apartment, €45,- for a larger apartment.

3) Lazy checkout: The rule for checking out is that you tidy up the apartment (see also the check-out rules). If you are unable to do this, please book the lazy checkout. In that case we will make sure your beds are stripped, the rubbish taken out and the dishes done. All you have to do is take your suitcase home with you. Cost: €37.50.
